The well-attended Focus Recht event at the Postgarage in Dornbirn focused on current developments in tenancy law, as well as in land transfer tax and property income tax. Topics such as rent regulations, fixed-term leases, second-home and vacancy levies, as well as current case law on lease clauses, were covered, as were stricter tax rules regarding changes in shareholders and share consolidations, questions relating to property companies, and the rezoning surcharge.
