PHARMACEUTICAL LAW

The central foundation of pharmaceutical law is the Medicines Act. At the same time, a number of other federal laws, regulations and EU directives must also be observed. At TWP, our lawyers handle and advise you in all areas of pharmaceutical law. Be it licensing procedures, registration of homeopathic and traditional herbal speciality medicines, questions regarding the reimbursement of medicines by statutory health insurance companies, product liability issues or questions on areas such as Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or Good Distribution Practice (GDP) – we give you the right answers and represent you competently.

CONCESSIONS

If you want to open a new pharmacy, you will need a licence. It is not always easy to obtain one. This is where we come in and can help. We carry out needs assessments and examine needs assessments prepared by the Austrian Chamber of Pharmacists.
